The Night Stalker was the second episode (not counting the Christmas Special) of the second series of Doctor Who Rebirth and is somewhat based on the 'Legend Of Sleepy Hollow' which is a famous story written by Washington Irving who also appears in this episode.
This episode is one of the more gruesome stories so far in Doctor Who Rebirth as it features beheadings.
